Ryan O'Toole first joined The Ferris Companies as a Business Development Intern for Ferris Capital in June of 2017. Following graduation in May of 2018, Ryan accepted a position with the company in an administrative role and has since grown and developed into his current position for Ferris Development. Primarily, Ryan is responsible for managing roughly 1M square feet of commercial real estate assets through lease up and capital improvement campaign efforts.

Ryan received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Castleton State University in Castleton, VT, where he also played on the men’s varsity hockey team for four years and was awarded “Fan Favorite” recognition for his engagement with the local community and supporters of the hockey program. Ryan currently resides in Oxford, MA and enjoys traveling, playing sports, his two dogs and spending time with his family and friends.
Eric Norrman, Leasing/ Asset Management Associate
Eric Norrman is an Asset Management Associate at Ferris Development Group, based in Massachusetts. He specializes in asset management and commercial leasing, with experience across retail, office, and flex properties. Eric has successfully closed retail transactions ranging from single-tenant deals in Charlotte, NC to multi-tenant retail and restaurant concepts in MetroWest, MA, while also overseeing the leasing of a wide range of office space in the Boroughs and throughout Greater Boston.
