Additionally, the facades feature motorized blinds that serve a dual purpose: enhancing the facade's appearance and protecting the interior offices from sunlight. Inside, there is a stunning wooden staircase made up of over 400 unique wooden slats. The main goal of this rehabilitation was to maximize the entry of light into the premises, achieved through various openings, white paint, and skylights in the basement, among other features. Inside, there is a beautiful memory garden, as 10 Grenelle is located on the site of the Vel d'Hiv roundup, a historically and tragically significant location. In this garden, a space is dedicated to the memory of the victims.
