Brian Grandstaff the Managing Partner at Millenia Partners (MP). He primarily works on new market accounts and support for teams throughout Millenia Partners three offices in Orlando, Dallas and Atlanta. In the past, he has focused on Landlord Representation and Development Services and now works substantially on commercial, professional office and land transactions with high net worth, foreign investors who have a growing passion for single and multi-tenant sales across Florida.

Brian graduated in 1993 from Bowling Green State University with a degree in Finance and Business Administration. He graduated, moved to Florida got married and started in a market he loved and wanted to make his permanent home. Brian and his wife have had 1 biological daughter and adopted four other daughters from three different countries and are a support family with Foundation for Foster Children, Nightlight Adoptions as well as refugee advocacy with Bethany Christian Services. Brian filters all decisions and actions based on his love for Jesus and lives on mission seeking to live according to Ephesians 3:20-21.

From an early age, Brian’s passions for business and opportunities has lead him to be able to participate in over 16 different starts ups, non-profits and development/investment ownership positions and assist in leading the company and team in over a $1 Billion dollars in transaction through 2022. He works diligently to pour into junior brokers and associates who want to get into the business and assist in attracting and servicing clients both at Millenia Partner and for the deep relationships they have through-out the markets they serve.
