Ray Schupp, Principal
Ray is native Washingtonian specializing in retail tenant and landlord representation in the Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia markets. Ray joined H&R Retail as a Principal in 2015 and currently leases over 3M SF of retail space for developers such as Kimco Realty, Boston Properties, MetLife, Acadia Realty Trust, Howard Hughes Corporation, Madison Marquette, Skanska, Foulger Pratt, SJC Ventures, and Inventrust Property Management. Ray facilitates store expansion strategies, site selection, acquisition, merchandising, securing anchor tenants and lease negotiation for tenants and developers. His broad experience spectrum stretches from suburban shopping centers to urban retail in mixed use developments. Ray has represented Restoration Hardware, Whole Foods Market, Target, Dave & Buster’s, PetSmart, BJ’s Wholesale Club, Weis Markets, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Field and Stream, Lowe’s Home Improvement, Golf Galaxy, Gabe’s, LA Fitness, iFly, JoAnn Fabric and Craft Stores, Michael’s Arts & Crafts, T Mobile, Merlin Entertainment (Legoland & Sea Life) and Ruth’s Chris.

Sean Harcourt, Vice President
