The area is surrounded by large industrial parks and a wealth of retail outlets with a full range of dining options including one of Savannah’s favorites – Spanky’s – which is at the front door to the site. The area is also home to a host of trucking-oriented businesses from sales, service, repair, and lodging. Access is via Priya Circle, which is a loop road connecting to Highway 80. All utilities are along Highway 80. With an estimated ±3.235 net upland acres, we believe the construction of a 35,000 sq. ft. warehouse would be both possible and highly desirable. A review of the 2nd Quarter 2018 Industrial Report shows there 61 million sq. ft. of warehouse space in Savannah averaging just under 45,000 sq. ft. /building.
