It was originally constructed in 1912 as the CMDBB & Club that was part of the nation's first planned industrial district that emerged at the beginning of the 20th Century from 1902-1965 including 65 buildings. The Byline Bank Building (Formerly the Central Manufacturing District Bank & Club Building) is located in Bridgeport on Chicago's South Side, one of the city's most diverse hubs.
