Property Overview
The space available is located in the Anderson~McDonald Building on the campus of the Tampa Lighthouse for the Blind. For the past 10 years the space was leased and occupied by Atelier Dance School. The Tampa Lighthouse building is located at the southeast corner of Newport Avenue and Platt Street just across from the east-bound on-ramp of the Crosstown Expressway. The space offered is accessed via three entry doors shown in pictures below. At the front of the building on the west side fronting Newport, there is a double door that provides entry.
