About NORTH FULTON/FORSYTH

This sprawling suburban submarket sits just north of Atlanta and is home to some of the region’s most highly ranked public schools, affluent neighborhoods, and a highly educated workforce. In fact, most adults in this area and the neighborhoods to the immediate south hold at least a bachelor’s degree. North Fulton/Forsyth County not only has the largest inventory of office space in the Atlanta region but also boasts abundant retail, a diverse cultural scene, and access to various recreational activities. GA 400 serves as the main transit corridor for this area and is the best way to get around, while MARTA’s North Springs station is also a short drive from the southern edge of the district.

Nearly all of the largest office buildings are in the Alpharetta area along GA 400, the construction of which kicked off a major office building boom in the 1990s. About half of all the inventory here was built in the 1990s. There have been a few exciting, high-profile developments in North Fulton in recent years, including the Avalon development. Jeff is actively involved with the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He holds a real estate brokers license in Georgia.

Mr. Viente leads the Atlanta Region for JLL Office Agency Brokerage. As a top producer and leader, Mr. Viente brings 20 years of leasing and project marketing experience in Atlanta’s commercial real estate industry. He has successfully directed the lease up on over 20 million square feet of office assets in Atlanta.  

His focus is on office lease transactions, project marketing, business development and client relationship management, while directing a highly experienced team to create long-term value for office investor clients through a focus on client investment objectives, key market drivers, macroeconomic trends and capital market opportunities.

Over his career Mr. Viente has become a market leader in repositioning  and leasing up Class A and B assets as well as leading the marketing and leasing for new developments, representing such clients as Granite Properties, JP Morgan, Charter-Hall Office REIT, TA Realty, CB Richard Ellis Investors, LaSalle Investment Management, MetLife Real Estate, KBS Realty, Parmenter Realty, Cousins Properties, Rubenstein Partners, AIG, Crocker Partners, Piedmont Office REIT, Wells Real Estate Funds, Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors, ORIX, and Brookfield Property Group. A large portion of Mr. Viente’s agency leasing experience has come in trophy urban assets that include 3344, 3348 and 3350 Peachtree, Buckhead Tower, One Alliance Center, Midtown Union and Promenade II.

Mr. Viente started his career with Jones Lang LaSalle in 1999 as a Market Research/ Financial Analyst and was responsible for all local market research in Atlanta. As such, he has extensive experience gathering market intelligence and can provide clients a more in-depth insight into trends and forecasts.

Mr. Viente earned an M.B.A. from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida. He is an active member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and ULI.
