1151 St. Clair Ave West was originally developed more than a century ago in 1910. In 2016, 512 Holdings Inc purchased the building with a plan to revitalize it and create a new hub for creative professionals on the upper floors and retail in the ground floor spaces that would bring the community together. 512 Holdings engaged the award-winning design firm Dubbeldam Architecture + Design to breathe new life into this once historic building.
