ABOUT NORTH AUSTIN/DOMAIN

North Austin is one of the most centrally located areas in Austin. Katie is a Senior Vice President in the CBRE Austin office, specializing in project leasing and business development with the Office Leasing Advisory Services division. She has over 17 years of commercial real estate experience. Katie’s scope of responsibilities include: negotiations encompassing all stages of the commercial transaction, identifying and accurately reporting market conditions, strategic client consulting, new business pursuits and securing current and future client relationships. Before relocating to Austin more than ten years ago and joining the Office Leasing Advisory team at CBRE, Katie was a leasing broker with Transwestern in Houston, Texas where she oversaw an office portfolio of approximately 2.5 million square feet in several major submarkets. Troy Holme, Vice Chairman
Troy Holme is a Vice Chairman focused on office leasing, transaction management, and new business pursuits for the Austin office of CBRE. During his 16 years at CBRE, Mr. Holme has been actively involved in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies to provide solutions for clients, with his main focus on leasing office product in Austin, TX.
