ABOUT EAST RACINE

Eastern Racine is situated along Lake Michigan just south of Milwaukee, but most of its industrial inventory tends to be clustered along Interstate 94 and Route 32 near the lake. While most tenants serve the local population, some also distribute to a more regional clientele. This is a function of its proximity to Chicago’s expansive industrial market, the largest industrial area in the country.

While facilities here tend to be smaller, Foxconn made waves when it announced the construction of multiple million-square-foot facilities in southeastern Wisconsin in support of its electronics manufacturing business. While the site remains under construction, rumors have spread regarding the size and number of employees that will ultimately be hired to work on the site. Adam Matson, Senior Managing Director

He began his commercial real estate career in 2005, as a specialist and intern with the industrial group of MLG Commercial and was promoted to broker associate the following year. Previously, Mr. Matson served in the United States Coast Guard.
Travis Tiede, Sr. Managing Director
Travis Tiede, SIOR, joined Newmark in 2019 when the firm acquired MLG Commercial, which he joined in 2012. Travis currently serves as Managing Director in Newmark’s Milwaukee office where he specializes in the industrial sector, assisting clients locally and nationally with all aspects of their industrial real estate needs. He joined Newmark in 2019 following its acquisition of MLG Commercial.

Prior to Newmark, Mr. Hanrahan had been an industrial broker with NAI MLG Commercial for approximately one year.
