Park Overview
Our 30 workshop/warehouse units are concrete block construction and are 16 feet in height. All units have two overhead 10' x 12' roll-up doors plus two entry doors. All driveways and parking areas are concrete. All of our units are 1800 SF (30' x 60'). Our shops feature finished offices, a bathroom, a laundry tub sink, electrical outlets around the inside perimeter wall, skylights, an insulated roof, a roof ventilator and sealed and coated concrete floors. High Speed Internet connections provided by Spectrum, WOW, and Frontier Communications are also available in each unit. Dusk to dawn security lighting provides outside night time illumination throughout the center. Three-phase electric panels and meters and central HVAC are available in some units as well. The showroom building is constructed of concrete block with a teal metal roof. It has 12 ft. ceilings and central HVAC split units. High Speed Internet connections provided by Spectrum, WOW and Frontier Communications FiOS are also available in the showroom building.
