Jon-Michael Brock, Principal
Jon-Michael joined Lee’s Industrial Brokerage Team in 2018, where his primary focus is the sales and leasing of single tenant and multi-tenant properties.
He grew up in Spartanburg SC, among a family full of real estate brokers and developers. He studied real estate at the College of Charleston, graduating with a degree in Communication.
Prior to Lee & Associates, Jon-Michael worked his way up the ranks at Charleston’s King Street Commercial. He began as an intern, managing large multi-family leasing and development projects. He also headed up large-scale renovations of historic homes and student housing in Downtown Charleston, as well as multi-family housing in North Charleston.
After that successful internship, Jon-Michael began his professional brokerage career at King Street Commercial in 2016, doing general brokerage. Later he moved to SVN Commercial Real Estate Advisors where he concentrated on industrial and multi-family before Joining Lee & Associates Charleston.
Outside the office, Jon Michael participates in Charleston’s Young Commercial Broker association – which he also founded. In his spare time, he enjoys group traveling and spending time on the water.
Alex Whittemore, Vice President
Alex Whittemore is a Vice President at Lee & Associates Charleston, specializing in industrial real estate and industrial outdoor storage (IOS) throughout the Charleston market and surrounding regions. He represents owners, investors, tenants, and buyers in both sales and leasing, with a focus on value-add and investment opportunities across Class B and C industrial assets and IOS properties.

Before transitioning into brokerage, Alex served as a Market Researcher at Lee & Associates, where he developed a deep understanding of the Charleston industrial market through extensive zoning research, database management, and transaction analysis.

In his free time, Dillon enjoys spending time on the water, playing pickleball and tennis, and riding dirt bikes.
