A real estate advisor at Fairchild Partners since 2011, Jonathan Lay has a keen understanding of the asset types and dynamics of Florida’s commercial real estate industry. Known for crafting perceptive market analysis, financial analysis, transaction structuring, and strategic planning throughout the transaction process, he supports the firm’s landlord, tenant, buyer, and seller representation activities. A valued team member who is experienced in a wide variety of commercial properties and markets, he helps create comprehensive solutions for customers who own or are pursuing office and retail assets in sought-after South Florida areas. Jonathan is a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate, C2EX certified, a Certified Real Estate Appraiser, and a CCIM designee.
