Route 78 East offers a dynamic office market surrounded by many of New Jersey’s highest-income communities. Jared Minatelli, Managing Director, Asset Management
As director of asset management at Advance Realty, Jared Minatelli oversees the day-to-day operations of many of the company’s high-profile projects. He is responsible for the development and implementation of property-specific value enhancement and leasing strategies with regards to many of the company’s current projects and acquisition pipeline. Previously, Minatelli held the role of senior vice president of asset management and leasing at Onyx Equities, LLC, where he was responsible for investment management activities including the strategic planning, leasing and capital programming, and the day-to-day operations of Onyx’s 6 million-square-foot portfolio. Prior to that he was an asset manager for Madison Capital, overseeing the repositioning and management of a $225 million-portfolio. Minatelli received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Richmond, with a concentration in finance.
William O'Keefe, Executive Director
William O’Keefe is an Executive Director and Broker of Record of the New Jersey offices. Mr. O’Keefe’s main focus is to expand Cushman & Wakefield’s Tenant and Landlord Advisory and Brokerage services. During his career, he has negotiated more than 8.5 million square feet of leases providing corporate Tenants and Landlords consulting, marketing, leasing and strategic planning services. His career achievements have earned him some of the industry’s most significant awards for leadership and sales. Mr. O’Keefe was most recently a Senior Vice President of Normandy Real Estate Partners, where he was responsible for directing all leasing and marketing efforts for a 6.5 million square foot office portfolio in the major metropolitan areas of New Jersey and Massachusetts. Courtney Rosenkrantz, Director
Courtney Rosenkrantz started with Cushman & Wakefield in 2021 were she joined the team of Raymond Trevisan and William O’Keefe, specializing in advisory and brokerage services for both tenants and landlords, locally and nationally. Courtney’s analytical thinking combined with her relationship building skills play an important role in creating new business opportunities for her team.  Consistently going above and beyond, Courtney prides herself on effectively handling each client need and overseeing the transaction process from start to finish.

Courtney is actively involved in the community, where she helps work toward the equality and advancement of women in commercial real estate.  She is the New Jersey Co-Chair for Cushman & Wakefield’s Women’s Integrated Network (WIN) and the 2024 President Elect for Commercial Real Estate Women of New Jersey (CREW NJ).
