About Primm
Primm is situated along Interstate 15 close to the California/Nevada border. This small, unincorporated community is home to three casinos, as well as the Primm Valley Motorsports Complex and Prizm Outlets shopping center. The apartment community in the area is occupied primarily by local casino employees. The casinos are the main employers in the area.
Approximately 40 miles southwest of Las Vegas, Primm offers travelers the opportunity to refuel, dine, shop, and gamble on their way to or from Southern California to Las Vegas. Retailers are primarily clustered along the Interstate 15 and East Primm Boulevard. The largest local shopping hub is the Prizm Outlets, which include outlets for national retailers like Nike, H&M, and Old Navy.
Outside of the outlets and casinos, most retailers are small businesses catering to travelers. The area’s small size and limited retail inventory typically attracts sporadic sales activity. Pricing is generally at a discount and cap rates above Las Vegas’ average.
