ABOUT UPPER GREAT SOUTHWEST

In the geographic center between Dallas and Fort Worth, the Upper Great Southwest is a part of one of the region’s original great industrial hubs. Walker Floyd, Market Director
Walker Floyd serves as a Market Associate in the Dallas Industrial division. He is responsible for assisting in project leasing assignments, as well as marketing and business development efforts in the Great Southwest Industrial submarket.

Walker joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2021 as a Market Analyst. In this role, he assisted in all project leasing assignments, as well as marketing and business development efforts for the Dallas Industrial Group.

Walker is a graduate from Texas A&M University, where he received a BA in Finance from the Mays Business School. He is a Texas Real Estate Commission license holder and also worked at Holt Lunsford Commercial as an intern in the Summer of 2020 assisting in tenant representation transactions.
Virginia Tabor, Market Analyst
Virginia Tabor joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2024 and serves as a Market Analyst in the Dallas Industrial Division. She is responsible for assisting in project leasing assignments, as well as marketing and business development efforts of the Industrial team and other HLC clients.
