Jason Furr, Principal
Jason Furr joined Broderick Group at its inception in 1997, after two years at CB Commercial.  In 2001, Jason was named Principal at Broderick Group.  Throughout his real estate career, Jason has partnered with and advised clients in leasing, acquisition, and disposition of office space or properties throughout the Puget Sound with a focus on the surrounding Bellevue area.  Currently, Jason oversees the leasing of approximately 3.2 million square feet of Class A office space.  Jason graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance.  Jason resides in Bellevue with his wife and two daughters.
Tony Ulacia, Principal
Tony joined Broderick Group in 2006 and specializes in representing institutional landlords with their leasing, disposition, and acquisition of commercial office properties throughout the greater Eastside. Currently, Tony overseas the leasing for approximately 3.5 million square feet of Class A office space and has been involved in approximately 750 lease and sale transactions with some of the largest tech users in the region.

Tony graduated from the University of Washington and currently lives on Mercer Island with his wife and two children.

In 2010, 2014, and 2018, he received the Co-Star Group, Inc. Power Broker award given to the top producers in the greater Seattle commercial real estate market.

Tony graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Business Administration and concentration in marketing.
