A Thornton water main is contained in Washington Street adjacent to the property, and a SEWER LINE lies approximately 1,000 ft to the north of the property. Annexation to the city is required to tap into the water and sewer system. Level site at grade with Washington Street; Bull Ditch (irrigation canal) runs along north property line. The improvements were constructed in 1965 and 1981. with additions to the warehouse in 1981 and 1985. The property for a redevelopment would need to be annexed into the City of Thornton. The surrounding current zoning within Thornton is a Business Park and a Development Reserve. The ultimate zoning for this property would probably be Regional Commercial but maybe it could be something else.
