About Glendale
Glendale is the largest city in the West Valley, with a population of over a quarter million people. Proximity to multiple freeways, including the Loop 101, Loop 303, and Interstate 17, keep the area well connected with the broader Phoenix market. Additionally, Grand Avenue (Route 60) diagonally bisects the city, acting as a key corridor linking metro Phoenix to other parts of northwest Arizona. He has been recognized as a Metropolitan Phoenix “Power Broker” by CoStar Group and Commercial Property News.
Tony has an MBA from DePaul’s Kellstatdt Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science from DePaul University College of Commerce.
He is a past President of DePaul University’s Alumni Association.
Tony is a part owner of the Lansing Lugnuts, a Michigan-based Class- High A (Oakland A's) minor league baseball team. He is an angel investor in supply-centric companies such as: True Salt (www.truesaltco.com); AfterMaster (www.aftermaster.com) and Iveda (www.iveda.com).

Kelly began her career in real estate as Project Executive for an industrial design-build construction company. She is a Business Development Professional who specializes in establishing and growing a brand and developing strategic partnerships.
Kelly graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education. She is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Valley Partnership and Urban Land Institute (ULI).
Kelly is passionate about philanthropy and is actively involved in NAIOP’s Developing Leaders as Chair of the Philanthropy Committee, volunteer at UMOM New Day Centers, and organizes blood drives for American Red Cross.
