PROPERTY OVERVIEW
High tech fabrication shop formally used as a Certified Organic Plant with no harsh chemicals or pesticides used. The space will include approximately 64,650sqft which includes the detention pond and parking areas. Needville is the hot spot for Commercial and Residential growth and this location happens to be within close proximity to Needville ISD as well as the Jay Cafe (restaurant) and Binders Gardens (Wedding Venue) which all reside along Highway 36. The Highway 36/36A expansion is a major transportation project designed to improve mobility, safety, and regional connectivity in and around Needville. The plan introduces a multi-lane (4 lanes) corridor extending north from FM 1994 toward I-10, providing an additional north–south route on the west side of the Houston metro area. The project aims to reduce congestion, support growing residential and commercial development, and enhance freight movement between Port Freeport and inland destinations. It will also serve as an important hurricane evacuation route for Fort Bend County and surrounding communities. For Needville, the expansion is expected to bring improved access, future economic opportunities, and long-term mobility benefits while continuing to consider local land use, environmental factors, and community feedback.
