Property Overview
Located on a major thoroughfare for Bloomington/Normal. The building could be divided in a way to include the veterans facing space. Rent for the south facing Veterans side would be higher than the warehouse space on the north side. There are lots of ways to divide the space. There are multiple areas with a cluster of offices. We could part with one of those office clusters and 1/3 of our warehouse and there are two other spaces that are conditioned flex spaces that offer a plethora of uses. We're plan to occupy the unrented parts of the building as we're just downsizing our business. We'd also consider an offer to buy the property if the price was right.
