ABOUT THE PROPERTY

The property comprises a Grade II listed former power station of masonry construction arranged over 12 floors. The building is being redeveloped to provide office, retail, residential and leisure accommodation throughout. Battersea Power Station was originally constructed in 1933 as a coal power station and is being restored with the guidance of the original brick manufacturers and Heritage team. The iconic building which, featured on the artwork for Pink Floyd's 1977 album "Animals" is being redesigned by Wilkinson Eyre and Rockwell architects. The building will sit within a 42-acre site providing residential, leisure, retail and office accommodation. The property is located on Kirtling Road within close proximity to Battersea Park Station and Queenstown Road Station. There will be the new Zone 1 London Underground Station within Battersea Power Station linking services to the City and West End.
