FIRSTLINK has evolved with our rapidly growing city and currently offers a variety of methods for both individuals and organizations to obtain the information they need, including one-on-one telephone interaction with a certified referral specialist and the FIRSTLINK Directory. FIRSTLINK is accredited by the Alliance of Information and Referral Systems (AIRS) and is a member of the Ohio Council of Information and Referral Service Providers (OCIRP).
