Timothy Pennington,
Partner and Senior Vice President
Prior to joining Binswanger, Mr. Pennington was a Director of the Industrial Real Estate Team at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. While at NGKF, Mr. Pennington facilitated over 25 million sq. ft. of deals and was nationally recognized as a “Rising Star” in 2015.
Mr. Pennington graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate.
Matthew Corrigan, Vice President
During his time at Binswanger, Mr. Corrigan has brokered numerous deals totaling over 1,000,000 SF in the Philadelphia suburban market.
