Timothy Pennington joined Binswanger in 2016 as a Vice President working in the Philadelphia, PA office.  Mr. Pennington is responsible for projects in Delaware and Pennsylvania, with a focus on northern Montgomery, Bucks and Berks County, and the Lehigh Valley region.  Mr. Pennington’s responsibilities include assisting his clients with tenant and buyer representation, acquisitions and dispositions, consulting, and site selection. Prior to joining Binswanger, Mr. Pennington was a Director of the Industrial Real Estate Team at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. While at NGKF, Mr. Pennington facilitated over 25 million sq. ft. of deals and was nationally recognized as a “Rising Star” in 2015.

Mr. Pennington graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate.
Matthew Corrigan, Vice President
Matt Corrigan joined Binswanger in 2021 as a Vice President after leading industrial efforts at Green Street Real Estate for the previous three years. His expertise is in assisting clients through the industrial markets via tenant and buyer representation, acquisitions and dispositions, consulting, and site selection. As a part of Binswanger’s Mid Atlantic Team, Mr. Corrigan is responsible for projects in the eastern half of Pennsylvania with a focus on the northern Philadelphia suburbs including, Bucks, Montgomery, Berks, Lehigh, and Northampton Counties, through Northeastern PA.

During his time at Binswanger, Mr. Corrigan has brokered numerous deals totaling over 1,000,000 SF in the Philadelphia suburban market. A few of the transactions included the sale of Bally Brook Industrial Park in Bally (Berks County), 441 County Line Rd in Gilbertsville (Berks County), and 18 Railroad St in Royersford (Montgomery County).

Sean Stitz, Vice President
Sean Stitz works with Binswanger’s Mid-Atlantic brokerage team based in Philadelphia. He joined the company in 2022 as a Sales Associate before being promoted to a Vice President in 2023.
