ABOUT BETHESDA/CHEVY CHASE

Bethesda/Chevy Chase continues to evolve as a dynamic urban lite location, a mix of high-end office, retail, and residential real estate, and one of Washington, D.C.’s most exclusive neighborhoods. Wisconsin and Connecticut Avenues run parallel through much of the area, feeding commuter traffic from the Capital Beltway and minor arteries like Old Georgetown Avenue and East-West Highway. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Rosan was with Grubb & Ellis for five years as Assistant Vice President. Prior to Grubb & Ellis, Mr. Rosan was a Vice President with GVA Advantis for three years. A native of Maryland, Mr. Rosan specializes in commercial landlord and tenant representation in the Baltimore/Washington Metropolitan markets.

Before entering the commercial real estate industry, Mr. Rosan maintained and operated MBNA America’s corporate vessel, Impatience. He is a licensed United States Coast Guard Captain. Mr. Rosan has a B.S. in Science and Business Economics from Lehigh University and is currently affiliated with the Urban Land Institute, Greater Washington Commercial Association of Realtors (GWCAR) and the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP).
