La tour comprend quelques 35 000 m² de bureaux, un restaurant inter-entreprise, une crèche de 26 berceaux et 5 commerces, pour une surface utile totale de 39 560 m². Au coeur du périmètre Euroméditerranée, Colliers vous propose au sein de l'immeuble La Marseillaise, tour emblématique de 135 mètres de hauteur, des plateaux de Bureaux modulables et lumineux aux prestations haut de gamme. L'immeuble bénéficie de nombreux services (accueil, conciergerie, restaurant interentreprises, centre d'affaires, restaurants et club d'affaires). Une architecture unique signée Jean Nouvel. identité forte, vues mer exceptionnelles.
