We are a well established software consulting firm, looking for the right organization to share our lovely, furnished office space. Our 2,000 sq. ft. office takes up the top floor of a beautiful historic building near City Hall in the heart of downtown Oakland. Given the new dynamics of distributed workplaces, brick-and-mortar offices play a different role. We adore our Oakland office and continue to use it, but less than we used to; the past few years have been a time of significant growth for us (35% increase in headcount over the past three years!), but not so much in this office. These days, most of us have been primarily working from home offices, client sites, and our other offices around the country. We will continue to have some staff in the office every weekday, but there’s a lot of unused space. We’d love to find a way to dovetail with another organization to make the most of this unique, impeccably-located office.
