We are a well established software consulting firm, looking for the right organization to share our lovely, furnished office space. Our 2,000 sq. ft. office takes up the top floor of a beautiful historic building near City Hall in the heart of downtown Oakland. Given the new dynamics of distributed workplaces, brick-and-mortar offices play a different role. We adore our Oakland office and continue to use it, but less than we used to; the past few years have been a time of significant growth for us (35% increase in headcount over the past three years!), but not so much in this office.
