Solar Uniquartier is a new mixed-use development project that embodies the live, work and play concept. The 1st office tower (175,000 SF) which was completed in August 2018 is now 100% leased. Another building (50,000 sf) on Equinox Avenue is now home to the headquarters of French company Nortera. With the delivery of the 2000 de l'Éclipse in the spring of 2022, Solar Uniquartier has become the new reference for office space in the South Shore.
