Michael Kapoor, Senior Vice President
Michael V. Kapoor joined Majestic Realty Co. in 2018 and currently serves as Senior Vice President in Majestic’s Colorado office. He oversees all development, leasing and asset management at the 1,600-acre Majestic Commercenter in Aurora, CO, representing over 10 million square feet of industrial and retail projects. Michael’s role also includes oversight for new development and acquisition projects with a focus on major industrial projects throughout the Midwest.

Prior to joining Majestic, Michael worked at the law firm of Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, LLP, representing prominent owners, developers, lenders, and landlords. A member of the State Bar of Colorado, he holds a History degree from the University of Toledo and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Toledo College of Law.

Michael competes on a national and international level in Ultimate Frisbee, having won gold at the World Championships in 2015 with Team USA and again representing America in 2022 in the Masters Division. He is also an avid runner and skier, and an active member of his community and church.
Jonathan Hertel, Ownership Representative
Jonathan joined Majestic Realty Co. in 2021 and currently serves as Ownership Representative. In this role, he works with local brokers and user groups to lease existing industrial space at the Majestic Commercenter in Aurora, Colorado and seeks out development opportunities within the business park for build-to-suit and spec product. He graduated from Baylor University in May of 2021 with a BBA in Real Estate and is a licensed broker in the state of Colorado.

In his free time, Jonathan enjoys skiing in the winter and playing ultimate frisbee during the summer.
