Property Overview
The J.P. Dowell Building Tin Shop is a one-story, 4,400 square foot, building that is connected to the three-story J.P. Dowell building on Louisiana Street. The J.P. Dowell Building was home to Dowell Hardware and Furniture during the late 1800's and the early 1900's, and would later be known as the "Neiman Marcus" of McKinney where everything from feed to fine china was purchased.
