Rent Types


The rent amount and type that the tenant (lessee) will be responsible to pay to the landlord (lessor) throughout the lease term is negotiated prior to both parties signing a lease agreement. This is required by code and will dramatically increase curb appeal • Demolition and repouring of select cement sidewalks and ramps for repair and/or to meet Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements • Re-milling and restriping of the entire parking lot In addition, all current vacancies will be updated with new HVAC, LED lights, ceiling tiles and ADA restrooms
