Tenants can expect 2,000 amp/ 480 volt/ 3 phase power and an ESFR Fire suppression sprinkler system. Located at Exit 96 of the Indiana Toll Road, just one mile from the new Amazon fulfillment center, this premier property is within one day’s travel to almost 90% of the U.S. population.
