DESCRIPTION

The Property is surrounded to the east and south by several significant and established neighbourhoods including Minto’s Avalon Vista developments (Phase 5& 6 - 100% SOLD) and Richcraft Home’s upcoming Trailsedge development to the west across Mer Bleue Rd, as part of the East Urban Community (EUC) Phase 3 Plan, which the Site is just outside of. It is envisioned that the EUC Phase 3 Plan area will be a hub of activity for the residents of Orléans and surrounding communities.
