The Morristown Region offers quick access to New York City, Philadelphia, and other regional job nodes in New Jersey. Jonathan Meisel, Senior Vice President
Jonathan Meisel joined CBRE in 2017 as Senior Vice President and brings 35 years of commercial real estate experience and market expertise throughout New Jersey, with a focus on the Tri-State area.

Mr. Meisel has successfully completed several hundred lease transactions in excess of 10 million sq. ft., and he is a market leader in data center and office leasing, critical facilities business development and client-service delivery. During his career, Mr. Meisel has completed major critical-facility transactions on behalf of corporate data center occupiers such as Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley.

Mr. Meisel received NAIOP’s prestigious Pillar Award, given to members who set an example of involvement for others over many years of active membership, service in leadership roles, advocacy, and sponsorships. In 2010 and 2011, NJBiz’s annual real estate report named Mr. Meisel among the most influential real estate professionals in New Jersey (ranked 26th and 35th respectively).

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Meisel served as Managing Director, responsible for the P&L of 5 offices in the suburban Tri State at JLL. Jon served as the eastern U.S. executive leader of its data center practice group. Prior to JLL, he was at Cushman & Wakefield for 17 years.
Erin Wenzler, Vice President
Erin Wenzler is based in the Saddle Brook, NJ office and has thirteen years of experience in commercial real estate. Ms. Wenzler is focused on landlord representation of office space. She has represented and marketed millions of sq. ft. of Class A office buildings ranging from the prestigious Giralda Farms in Madison, NJ, headquarters-quality facilities such as 10 Park Avenue in Morristown and large multi-tenanted office complexes such as Morris Corporate Center 1&2 and Blue Hill Plaza. Ms. Wenzler has done worked on several large corporate accounts including a large confidential financial institution, Prudential and Siemens.

Prior to working in brokerage, Ms. Wenzler was a client services specialist, providing brokerage, marketing and administrative support. She began her career at CBRE as a Marketing Coordinator with the CBRE New Jersey Corporate Communications and Marketing team. Daniel Casey, First Vice President
Dan is a 29-year veteran of the New Jersey commercial real estate marketplace and joined CBRE in 1994. Dan is the First Vice President in the Advisory & Transaction Services division of CBRE’s Saddle Brook, New Jersey office with his focus on commercial office. His areas of specialization are both agency and occupier representation. Eric J. Maurer, Director of Leasing
Eric oversees all leasing campaign functions for the company’s entire 1.5-million-square-foot portfolio of office and retail space, and land. He earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Lehigh University and is a certified public accountant. In 2010, Eric was the recipient of the American Cancer Society’s Robert J. Eric is actively involved in his community as a member of his church and serving on his college fraternity alumni board governing body.
