Rent Types
The rent amount and type that the tenant (lessee) will be responsible to pay to the landlord (lessor) throughout the lease term is negotiated prior to both parties signing a lease agreement. ABOUT THE PROPERTY
South Road Crossing is located directly on US Route 9 (South Road) with approximately 55,000 cars per day passing by, Sleep Number, uBreakiFix, Smoothie King and Jersey Mikes Subs have been open and performing well for a couple of years. Home 2 Suites by Hilton has been open for just over a year and is performing very well. The Yoga recently opened their third location at South Road Crossing and have been extremely happy with the results. Crumbl opened in June, and they response has been tremendous, it has been #1 in their chain since its opening, and it is projected to stay in their top 10 once it stabilizes, they have over 1,100 stores. Dutchess Roots also opened in June and is bringing in a significant amount of traffic.
