Eric Batiza, Managing Director

In 2003, Eric’s team took over the leasing assignment at MSP Midway Industrial Park, now named Midway Mile, a 1.9 million square foot industrial portfolio owned by Capital Partners. At the time, the portfolio was 66% occupied; it has sustained 90% occupancy since 2007.
Daniel Larew, Managing Director
Dan has extensive experience in property leasing and disposition, tenant representation, and corporate solutions throughout the Twin Cities. Dan’s primary focus is on building long-standing relationships and providing companies with proven, effective strategies to help them better align their real estate with their core business goals. Connor Ott, Vice President
