Ancora is pleased to announce the development of a new, 253,000 SF lab and office building in the heart of New Haven's booming biotech and life sciences sector. Located on the former coliseum site, 265 S. Orange Street is a short walk to the Yale School of Medicine, Yale New Haven Hospital, the traditional Yale campus and all downtown restaurants, shops and hotels. The project is just two blocks from Union Station and State Street Station and a short drive to Tweed, Bradley, LGA or JFK.
