Christopher Everest, President and Founder
Chris Everest founded Nordlund Associates, Inc. in April of 2002.  He designed the firm to offer comprehensive service to a select group of clients who benefit from ongoing relations.  Personal service augmented with technology has enabled the Nordlund Associates to compete successfully with other firms at all levels of industry locally and throughout the United States.  

Prior to forming Nordlund Associates, Inc.  Chris Everest was a Senior Partner with the firm GVA Thompson Doyle Hennessey & Everest.  Having joined the firm in 1994, transactions that included the renegotiation of 200,000 SF on behalf of Instrumentation Laboratory and managing the leasing for more 100 branch offices for Simplex Time Recorder, served to further develop the firms presence in the Greater Boston Real Estate and National Market.
Kevin Olson, Partner & CEO
Kevin Olson joined Nordlund Associates, Inc. in the fall of 2012 having previously worked as a Residential Real Estate Investment Sales Agent within the Greater Boston Market and on the North Shore. Since joining Nordlund, Kevin has participated in over 3 million square feet of commercial leasing and sales transactions. Kevin has been a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Massachusetts since 2009 and is an active member of the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA).

Kevin holds a degree in American Studies and Legal Studies from Brandeis University, where he served as Captain of the Basketball Team and received Academic All-American 2008.

Prior to entering Real Estate, Kevin played professional basketball for the Sundsvall Dragons, a Sweden-based team. Kevin also held an Assistant Coaching position with the Chicago Bulls.
Logan Brown, Associate
Logan Brown joined Nordlund Associates Inc. in 2025 as an Associate, to support the brokerage team in their sales and leasing advisory efforts of office and industrial properties throughout the Boston suburban north markets.

Prior to joining Nordlund Associates, Logan served as Account Executive and Business Development Associate at PharMerica, a leading long-term care pharmacy. In this role, he focused on market development within the long-term care sector of healthcare, notably expanding the Florida market and helping to boost the company’s overall footprint in the Southeast.

Logan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami’s, Herbert Business School. During his studies, he was actively involved in the Phi Delta Theta fraternity and various extracurricular activities, including USPORT, a sports business club, and Ibis Consulting, a student-run marketing consultancy.

Outside of his professional life, Logan enjoys following sports such as the Boston Celtics, Miami Hurricanes, and UFC. He enjoys spending time outdoors, whether that be on the water or exploring New Hampshire’s White Mountain range.
