ABOUT RIVER NORTH

River North is a prominent mixed-use district located just north of Chicago’s Central Loop. The neighborhood features a diverse mix of office and residential buildings, easily accessible via multiple transit lines. Greg Tait, Executive Vice President
Greg Tait is an Executive Vice President at CBRE, where he continues to lead leasing efforts for the firm’s “Chicago Collection.” He joined CBRE from Irvine Company, a Newport Beach, California-based owner of the Chicago Collection, where he was responsible for all aspects of leasing across the portfolio. Prior to that, Mr. Tait spent eight years at Tishman Speyer, overseeing day-to-day leasing activity for 4.5 million square feet of office space in Chicago, as well as a 1.2 million square-foot high-rise development site.
Maggie Brophy, Executive Vice President
Maggie Brophy is an Executive Vice President at CBRE, where she continues to lead leasing efforts for the firm’s “Chicago Collection,” a portfolio that includes iconic Class A assets such as One North Wacker, 300 North LaSalle, and 71 South Wacker. She joined CBRE from Irvine Company Office Properties, a Newport Beach, California-based owner of the Chicago Collection, where she was responsible for leasing the trophy portfolio.

Maggie brings deep expertise in tenant representation, business development, and client management. Prior to Irvine Company, she served as a Leasing Director at The Telos Group, where she led specialized leasing assignments and played a key role in the $600 million redevelopment, repositioning, and leasing of Willis Tower. During her final two years at Telos, she completed 1.3 million square feet of leasing transactions.

Earlier in her career, Maggie spent five years at Jones Lang LaSalle as Vice President on the firm’s Leasing and National Investor Accounts Team, working in both Chicago and Los Angeles. There, she managed business development initiatives for major investor clients including The Blackstone Group, KBS, and Bentall Kennedy.

She was recognized as Office Property Representative of the Year in 2017 by the Greater Chicago Food Depository Commercial Real Estate Awards. Maggie is also a founding member and past president of the Michael Rolfe Pancreatic Cancer Foundation Young Professionals Board and currently serves on the Foundation’s Board of Directors.
Jamion Hartley, First Vice President
Jamion Hartley is a First Vice President at CBRE, where he contributes to the leasing and strategic positioning of the firm’s “Chicago Collection,” a premier portfolio that includes One North Wacker, 300 North LaSalle, and 71 South Wacker. He joined CBRE from Irvine Company, a Newport Beach, California-based owner of the Chicago Collection, where he served as Senior Leasing Manager.
