Blake Ham, Leasing Manager
Blake earned a B.A in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder 2019 and Colorado Real Estate License in 2020 before joining Kew Realty in 2021 as a Leasing Associate. Blake is a Colorado native who enjoys Skiing at winter park, wake surfing at Cherry Creek Reservoir, and playing in a soccer league. When Blake isn’t doing one of those activities, he enjoys supporting the various Denver sports teams.
Jeremy Spira, Vice President of Leasing & Development
Jeremy Spira is the Vice President of Leasing and Development for KEW Realty. With over a decade of experience in commercial real estate in Denver, Jeremy oversees the owning, managing, leasing, acquiring, building and renovating of the roughly 1.2 million square feet of commercial properties owned and managed by KEW Realty.
