About Platte River

James Roupp is primarily focused on representing buyers and sellers of office buildings and land for development in the Denver metropolitan area. In 2013, he completed three land transactions totaling more than 3.25 acres worth more than $19.5 million in land value. Additionally, James recently completed two other Transit Oriented Development (TOD) transactions totaling more than 2.4 acres worth more than $2.8 million in land value. James currently has active listings for more than 6.5 acres of land located in the Central Business District (CBD) and is currently retained as a consultant on the development of approximately 400 acres surrounding a privately financed Light Rail Station to be constructed on the East Line – one stop away from the Denver International Airport (DIA).
Bo Pitto, Vice President
Bo is responsible for agency leasing in Denver’s downtown, downtown adjacent and SES markets.

Bo is focused on leasing office buildings primarily in Denver’s downtown, downtown adjacent and Southeast Suburban (SES) submarkets. Additionally, he supports his team on various tasks and assignments, including market analysis and research for RFPs and pitches. Bo has become very knowledgeable on all office buildings in Southeast Suburban Denver and has a fresh perspective on real estate.

He brings his entrepreneurial spirit, tenacity and creative mind to the Agency Leasing team. Before joining JLL, Bo started a number of companies in the outdoor industry. Since starting at JLL three years ago, Bo is responsible for leasing office space in the LoDo, mid-town, Rino, Denver Tech Center, Greenwood Village, Cherry Creek and Colorado Boulevard, sub-markets. He’s well connected with the “junior” brokerage community and has completed leases ranging from 500 - 20,000 square feet.
Maddy Stevenson, Vice President
Maddy helps support four JLL producers on securing debt and equity financing for all property types including office, retail, industrial, hotel, multifamily, and self-storage financing. In her capacity, Maddy executes all aspects of pre-marketing due diligence, underwriting, offering materials production and assists with the marketing and closing processes.
