Rent Types
The rent amount and type that the tenant (lessee) will be responsible to pay to the landlord (lessor) throughout the lease term is negotiated prior to both parties signing a lease agreement. Paul Cooke, Vice President
He currently works with tenants including F45 Fitness, Mayweather Boxing, Fatburger, Cabinet Warehouse and Craft Beer Market and has gained valuable experience on the landlord and investment side working with highly regarded groups such as UDR, Crow Holdings, Matthews Southwest, and Fortress.
