Jason served for six years as a Director and Senior Vice President at Avison Young as a leading Agency Leasing broker for the Florida Retail Team. Damaris Arroyo, an Associate with CBRE Retail Advisory & Transaction Services represents both landlords and tenants in the Gainesville, Tallahassee, and Ocala markets. Her comprehensive understanding of these regions allows her to navigate the unique dynamics of each area. As part of her responsibilities, Damaris focuses on leasing and strategically positioning retail properties, including pad sites, strip centers, and student housing developments.
