The tenant profile of Downtown Nashville is diverse. The area is home to many major healthcare firms, and the introduction of Amazon, AllianceBernstein, and Oracle's first office in Nashville is helping transform Downtown Nashville into a technology and finance hub. Developers have built into this economic growth and over half of the existing office space here is classified as high-end. Rich Rieck, Director
Rich Rieck joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Nashville office in 2023 as Director of Agency Leasing. He brings with him a broad base of commercial real estate experience and will focus on landlord representation and investment sales in Nashville’s urban core and surrounding submarkets. Rich began his real estate career as an associate attorney with Chapman & Rosenthal and continued his legal practice with Maynard Cooper & Gale, P.C. for a combined seven years. As a member of Maynard Cooper’s commercial real estate and financial services practice, Rich was engaged in all aspects of acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing of commercial real estate. While practicing law, he closed over $525 million in purchase and sale transactions.
