Park Overview

Our workshop/warehouse units are concrete block construction and are 16 feet in height. All units have one or two overhead 10' x 12' roll-up doors plus two entry doors. All driveways and parking areas are concrete. There are two shop sizes: 1200 SF (30' x 40') and 1560 SF (60' x 26'). Our shops feature finished offices, a bathroom, a laundry tub sink, electrical outlets around the inside perimeter wall, skylights, an insulated roof, a roof ventilator and sealed and coated concrete floors. Roadrunner High Speed Internet connections provided by Spectrum are also available in each unit. Dusk to dawn security lighting provides outside night time illumination throughout the center. Three-phase electric panels and meters are available in some units as well.
