For nearly twenty years, Marianne has served as partner and executive vice president of Wronka Ltd. She spearheads real estate negotiations on behalf of commercial property owners and landlords in the Boston area market and also represents buyers and tenants looking for new commercial space.

Marianne is a licensed Massachusetts salesperson with an extensive background in sales and delivering superior customer service. Her experience includes senior leadership positions at International Insurance Group, Ltd., where she helped start the company and serviced a range of leading national accounts such as Au Bon Pain, Panera Bread, CertainTeed (formerly Bird Corporation), Lincoln Hotels and A.W. Perry. She also served as an inside sales professional at Comcast/NBC Universal.

Dedicated to the industry and her community, Marianne is passionate about giving back. She is a member of North Shore Women in Business and the Wakefield Lynnfield Chamber of Commerce. She is a former board member of the Massachusetts Society of Licensed Insurance Advisers (former Society Newsletter Editor) and winner of the John J. Rogers Award, the organization’s highest honor for outstanding dedication and service. Previously she was active in various community groups that include the Rotary Club of Boston; the Lynnfield Rotary Club; Lynnfield Business Coalition for Better Schools; and Friend and Trustee of the Lynnfield Library.

Marianne earned her bachelor’s degree at the University of Wisconsin. She also earned the designation of Associate in Risk Management. She resides in Stoneham, Massachusetts with her husband and business partner, Ernie Wronka, and enjoys reading, traveling and donating time to PAWS of Wakefield.
