Tyler Maner, Managing Director
Tyler Maner is a Managing Director for the Industrial Occupier Services and Landlord Representation division in Stream’s Houston office. In this role, Tyler oversees a team that represents industrial occupiers and advises and represents institutional industrial property owners. Tyler’s focus includes expanding Stream’s acquisition, development, and leasing platforms and growing Stream’s presence within the Houston market. With 12 years of commercial real estate experience, Tyler has completed more than 800 unique transactions exceeding $1 billion in value.

In his free time, Tyler enjoys traveling, hunting and fishing and spending time with his wife and 3 kids.
Brandon Preece, Senior Associate
Brandon Preece is an Associate with Stream’s Industrial Tenant Representation group in the Houston office. His primary focus is advising and representing prospective industrial clients. The role includes negotiation, preparation of diligence, market analysis and identification of suitable buildings for various tenants.

Prior to joining Stream, Brandon worked as Chief Sales Officer for Greenback Cost Recovery and as Manager of Premium Sales for the Houston Rockets & Toyota Center. With 13 years of sales experience, two of which have been commercial real estate related, Brandon has delivered portfolios with values in excess of $600 million in value.
