Rent Types


The rent amount and type that the tenant (lessee) will be responsible to pay to the landlord (lessor) throughout the lease term is negotiated prior to both parties signing a lease agreement. ABOUT THE PROPERTY

We have  a 1500 sqft Medical Clinic with six exam rooms and 12 person waiting room with check in and check out stations and a provider office.
