CJ Toohey, Broker Associate
CJ joined Henry Group in 2022 as an experienced broker with a passion and specialty for land and industrial sales, leasing, and tenant representation. CJ’s background in international logistics and process controls gives him an intimate understanding of how industrial companies view and use real estate. On a personal level, CJ hails from Lafayette, CA. After graduating from Rhodes College in Memphis, TN in 2017 with a B.A. in Business Finance, CJ made the trek out to Colorado where he lives with his girlfriend and two German Shepherds. When he’s not making you money in commercial real estate, CJ likes to wind down by reading, cooking, being a foodie, trying new activities, and spending time in the mountains.
Boston Weir, Managing Partner
Boston Weir co-founded Henry Group Real Estate with partner, Patrick Henry, in September of 2019. Boston and Pat were both formerly with Cushman & Wakefield as well as Unique Properties/TCN Worldwide in Denver. Boston has been working in commercial real estate since 2008. He and Pat focus almost exclusively on private capital investment sales of multifamily and commercial assets, as well as land sales, land planning and development consulting.
  
Throughout Boston’s career he has worked all facets of the brokerage business including leasing, owner/user and investment sales. The product types he has spent the majority of his focus on are multifamily, industrial, retail, land, urban re-development and adaptive re-use properties. Prior to working at Cushman & Wakefield, Boston worked for several boutique CRE investment and brokerage firms while attending the University of Colorado at Boulder. Boston has completed over 500 lease and sale transactions, equating to over 10M square feet of space and over $750M in total deal consideration.
  
When Boston is out of the office, he is a sports fanatic and outdoor enthusiast. He enjoys rooting on his favorite Minnesota sports teams, and of course, his beloved CU Buffs. In the rare occasions when he is not working on real estate deals for his clients, he enjoys cooking, golfing, fishing, skiing, camping, hiking, hoops and spending time with friends, family, and clients. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
